The murder of a mental health caseworker in St. Helens has sparked questions as well as multiple investigations and reviews. The alleged murderer, a man on conditional release from the Oregon State Hospital, had recently undergone a reduced dosage of antipsychotic medication, but officials say it's too early to draw conclusions.
